Terms and conditions for shop.proba.dk, last updated 06.09.2021

Ordering and payment:
You must be minimum 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card, which we accept. You select the items you want to buy and add them to the shopping cart. When you are ready to order, select “checkout” after which you enter your information such as your name, address, email, phone number, payment method and choice of delivery method.

The amount of the order will not be deducted from your account until the goods are shipped.

3D Secure:
To address the higher security of online card payments, we have introduced several new security measures. We have implemented 3D secure also known as “Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard Secure Code”. It is a new common security standard for international payment cards online, which has been prepared by the international card companies Visa and MasterCard.

We will handle and ship every order within 1-3 business days and delivery time depends on your delivery location. When we ship the order, you will get Track & Trace to follow the shipment.

Right of return:
As a private person, you have a 14-day right of return when you shop at Proba through shop.proba.dk, with the exception of products market as Private Sale and selected services such as repair, configuration, installation, personal delivery, support, licenses and subscription. Due to hygiene, we do not refund ear-cushions, ear-tips. It’s the same with headphones if the seal / film is broken.

ADAPTiQ headsets and software are not covered by the 14-day right of return.

For business customers, there is no right of return unless otherwise agreed in writing. Business customers, private companies, public institutions, associations, foundations and self-governing institutions are considered business customers.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you have received your item.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given per. mail shop@proba.dk. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to use your right of return. You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Upon return, you are responsible for the goods being packed properly, as you bear the risk of the goods from the time of your shipment to delivery of the goods to us. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or packages without delivery to us, like a parcel shop etc. etc.

The condition of the item when you send it back:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature and properties. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but do not actually use it.

Refund of the purchase amount:
If you regret your purchase and you have not unpacked the item, you will get back the amount you paid to us for the product. You will not get refund of the freight charge. If the seal is broken or the item is unpacked or used, we consider it an impairment, as we cannot sell the item as new after return. In case of impairment, we deduct 15-75% of your paid amount, but it is assessed in each case.

We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned.

Right of complaint:
When you shop at Proba through shop.proba.dk, you as a private person have a 24 month right to make a complaint. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

If the product is market as Private Sale, there is no right of complaint.

The right of complaint may lapse if the product is used in a business context.

For business customers, there is a 6-month right to make a complaint from placing an order. Business customers, private companies, public institutions, associations, foundations and self-governing institutions are considered business customers.

Private Sale:
If the product in any way is market as Private Sale, the product is sold from an Private individual and therefore there is NO right of complain and NO right of return. For Private Sale, there is only payment via directly transfer to bank account. If your order contain normal products sold from Company, we suggest you to make two different orders, one with products market as Private Sale and one with the other products.

In order for you to make purchases at shop.proba.dk we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you. When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
