What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When you visit our webshop, we will track:

  • Items that you have seen: We will use this information to show you items that you have seen recently, for example.
  • Location, IP address and browser type: We will use this information for purposes such as calculating VAT and shipping.
  • Delivery address: We will ask you to enter this, so that we can, for example, calculate shipping costs before you place an order and send you the order.

Contact forms
When visitors fill in and send us a message via our contact form, they will collect information from the visitor’s, for use in answering the inquiry. We store this information for 12 months, but we do not use the submitted information for marketing purposes.

If you write a comment on our website, you can choose to store your name, e-mail address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you do not have to fill in your information again when writing another comment. These cookies will last for a year.

If you have an account and you log in to this website, we will set up a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and is removed when you close the browser.

How long do we store your data
If you write a comment, then comments and its metadata are preserved indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of having them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide to their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception that they cannot change their username). The site administrators can also view and edit that information.

Upon termination as a customer, we are obliged to store your personal information for a period of 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the most recent order relates.
